I started trialling retrievers in 1999, but my love of dogs started as a child. My first gundog was a rescue German Shepherd which I trained to be my gundog. I have been lucky enough represent Scotland with my Labrador many times.

I have produced over 20 Labradors to open standard, many of which have gone on to be champions. I enjoy the day to day challenge training, sometimes complicated dogs and producing them to a field trial standard. I am an A panel judge in both retrievers and spaniels. I also enjoy training and competing with my spaniels.

It is a huge honour to be invited to judge internationally and wish all the competitors the best of luck!
